Dr. Sean White, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, COMT

Owner

Sean is originally from Denver, CO. and received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science with a double minor in Anatomy and Neurobiology  from Colorado State University in 1996.

Sean earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Gannon University in 1998 and recently completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College.  Sean earned a distinction as a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) after completing a rigorous examination instituted by American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).   Sean also completed specialty post-graduate training and certification from the McKenzie Institute of North America called Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (CMDT), originated in New Zealand and founded by Robin McKenzie and certification as an orthopedic manual therapist (COMT) completed via the Maitland-Australian system, founded by Geoffrey Maitland.  Sean relocated to Northeast Indiana in 2002 where he worked as a clinical director for a national conglomerate before venturing into private practice in 2006 opening Peak Performance Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, PC in Columbia City, IN.  Peak Performance later expanded the practice with a second location in Warsaw in 2008.

Sean is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Indiana Physical Therapy Association (IPTA), Orthopedic specialty section of the APTA and member of the McKenzie Institute of North America.

Dr. Heather White, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Warsaw Clinic Director

Heather grew up on Blue Lake in Churubusco.  She attended University of Saint Francis, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science and completed her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Findlay.

Heather also completed specialty post-graduate training and certification from the McKenzie Institute of North America called Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (CMDT), originated in New Zealand and founded by Robin McKenzie.

Heather currently resides in Fort Wayne.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends and golfing.

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Daniel Rico, PT, DPT, ACE-CPT

Warsaw Staff Physical Therapist

Daniel is from Warsaw, IN and received his two Bachelor’s degrees in Health and Exercise Science and in Health Services at the University of Saint Francis with a minor in business.

Daniel earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis, graduating in May of 2024. He is also an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Daniel enjoys staying active in the gym, playing soccer and pickle ball, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.  Daniel is also fluent in Spanish.

  1. My friend, Pam Conrad is recommending Dr Sean White for my husband’s neck/back pain. Is Dr White still practicing in Col. City, And is he taking new patients? His pain Dr will send a script.
