Effective October 1st 2023, Peak Performance Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy officially becomes an in-network provider within Parkview Health Plan Services, a.k.a., Signature Care Network. Subscribers and their dependents will now have exclusive privileges to experience premiere physical therapy services at Peak Performance at an in-network contracted rate. Peak Performance has a stellar reputation within our community and is the only physical therapy private-practice that uses a practitioner to patient model. Rest assured that your co-pay, co-insurance, and/or deductible payment is going toward highly skilled services only provided by a doctor of physical therapy and not ancillary support staff such as assistants or aides.
